About the Project

A deliberate journey toward becoming more capable, useful, and valuable.

The Value Project is a six-month personal and professional development initiative for people who want to expand their options by increasing what they can contribute to employers, clients, businesses, communities, and the world.

Why the project exists

In Malawi and across Africa, economic conditions are demanding, job markets are highly competitive, and traditional career pathways are no longer predictable. Depending on one qualification, one employer, or one income stream leaves many people exposed.

The Value Project helps participants build the foundation for multiple pathways: becoming more effective in employment, creating stronger businesses, launching services, building digital assets, and developing the confidence to respond to changing opportunities.
